Offering a CTA, especially on such widely used platforms like Facebook or Twitter can draw in a large amount of traffic. Simply targeting your demographic is also now easier than ever. NBCLatino found that Facebook ads can now be targeted to U.S. Latinos with a new ethnic option. Lee Vann, the CEO of Captura Group in California was quoted as saying, “What’s important to know is that each and every month 25 million Hispanics visit Facebook. Seventy-five percent of online Hispanics visit Facebook each month. A lot of advertisers want to leverage Facebook’s tools to reach Hispanics.”

Webinars are another way to attract attention, ask questions, and seek answers. A new bilingual YouTube channel, 123UnoDosTres, targets young, bilingual U.S. Latinos and will feature content that ranges from music to sports to politics, and everything in between. Feel free to create a specified YouTube channel educating your target demographic about your recent products or what you have in the works and request feedback. Directly asking is better than producing something without knowing how it will do.

Filming webinars, writing e-books, and engaging your demographic through various social media platforms can be a fun way to increase your ROI. These platforms allow marketers to easily track their analytics while proactively and directly speaking with their consumers of choice.

Humanize your company by utilizing social media platforms but don’t do it robotically. Take charge and be personable to best attract consumers! Taking risks can be…risky…but try and see how a little controversy results in a reaction from your community. Publicity is publicity after all. Regardless, push your extremely professional self-aside and be a person with your target demographic!
